I’m a Vancouver Island based Realtor, but more importantly, I’m an advisor. I don’t just open doors and write offers. I help my clients slow things down, look at the full picture, and make choices that actually make sense for their lives. No matter why, my job is to protect you and help you move forward with confidence.

I’ve spent years living on Vancouver Island, and I know the neighbourhoods, the market shifts, and the small details that matter but don’t always show up on a listing. I’m detail oriented, big on communication, and really want this experience to be a positive one. My role is to help you make smart, thoughtful decisions that support your lifestyle now and down the road.
